The Verifone Vx570 credit card machine replaced the Omni 3750 in early 2008, and is fully PCI-PED certified which complies to upcoming security standards. The Verifone Vx570 includes a thermal printer, internal pinpad, and high memory (6 - 12Mb) for advanced processing applications. The Verifone Vx570 credit card machine is the first countertop terminal to feature Verifone's new white back-light for enhanced readability and reduced glare.
SSL, and VeriShield file authentication increase processing security, while additional SAM modules can be added for expanded peripheral usage.
Dual Comm
With a Dual Comm Terminal, you will have the option of how your processing terminal connects with the Processor on the other end. Your options for doing so are Dial-up [which is the industry standard] and IP [Internet Protocol]. IP is becoming more and more popular with merchants for its quickness and effectiveness.
